1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site and services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Services Description
Linkbit provides telecommunications, networking, VoIP services, and digital integrations including but not limited to Google Workspace setups, Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp) solutions, and Yeastar products. We act as a service provider, integrator, and reseller for these platforms.
3. Third-Party Terms and Conditions
Because our services heavily rely on integrating products from external technology providers, your use of these specific services is also bound by the respective Terms of Service of those providers:
- Meta (Facebook & WhatsApp): Use of WhatsApp Business API and Meta integrations requires compliance with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Terms of Service. Users must not use these integrations for spam, illegal activities, or violation of Meta’s commerce policies.
- Google Workspace: Setup and provisioning of Google Workspace accounts are subject to the Google Workspace Terms of Service. Customers are fully responsible for the content stored and transmitted through their Workspace accounts.
- Yeastar: The use of Yeastar hardware and cloud PBX systems is subject to Yeastar’s Terms of Service and End User License Agreements (EULA).
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all integrations and purchases made via Linkbit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials for the platforms we configure on your behalf. Linkbit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Linkbit, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (iii) any downtime or service interruptions caused by our third-party vendors (e.g., Meta, Google, Yeastar).
